Winemaker
The Guyot family is one of the oldest in Marsannay-la-Côte. Since 1990, Olivier Guyot has been the sole manager of the estate, which comprises numerous small plots spread over 15 hectares from Marsannay-la-Côte to Gevrey-Chambertin. For Olivier, there can be no great wine without quality grapes, which is why the vines are managed biodynamically, yields are controlled and the grapes are carefully sorted by hand. Vinification respects the terroir.
