Fifteen minutes south of Chablis, an estate fighting to raise the profile of Chitry wines. Olivier Morin is one of the standard-bearers of this regional appellation, which would one day like to be recognized as an appellation d'origine contrôlée. In the meantime, enjoy Olivier and Nelly's cuvées. These include Olympe, Campagne and Constance for the whites, Vau du Puy and Irancy for the reds, not forgetting the discreet Bourgogne Aligoté.
