Domaine Philippe Chatillon, in Poligny, Jura, covers 2.80 ha in Arbois and 1.30 ha in Côtes du Jura. It produces the following appellations: arbois, côtes-du-jura, vin de France and macvin. Philippe Chatillon was manager of Domaine de la Pinte in Arbois for 18 years. In 2013, he decided to set up his own domaine. His wines are Ecocert-labeled organic, and 1.80 ha are biodynamic. He is now focusing on the production of natural wines.
