In Strasbourg as in Saint-Louis, Julien Ducret has established himself as one of the most creative artisan bakers of his generation. Having established his Du Blé Au Pain bakery near the European Parliament several years ago, in 2025 he inaugurated a new address, La Manufacture in Saint-Louis, true to his credo: innovation in the service of taste. Every week, the artisan renews his 100% homemade creations: a dozen organic breads made with ancient flours and worked on natural leavening, pure butter viennoiseries including his croissant, which won several silver medals at the Foire Européenne de Strasbourg, as well as fine pastries, macaroons, ice creams and seasonal chocolates. With his stores, Julien Ducret also offers savoury products: refined snacks, fresh salads, winter soups, pretzels made on site, malicettes, salted kouglofs, egg muffins, focaccias or fougasses... Nothing escapes his demand for quality. A passionate craftsman, he distinguishes himself by a constant quest for excellence and a creativity that always surprises the most discerning palates.
