Heir to a family tradition handed down from man to man since his great-grandfather took over the store at the beginning of the last century, Mr. Duthoit has been delighting customers since 1998. Raw butcher's preparations, home-made charcuterie (including the excellent truffled white pudding, recently awarded a gold medal by the Confrérie du Boudin Blanc) and superb delicatessen creations.
