For over twenty years, Max Cormarèche, a farmer with the physique of a rugby player, has been raising Bresse poultry so delicate that they win almost every prize! The large farm is an ideal grazing ground for the silky-feathered poulardes and capons, fed on the best the Bresse bocage has to offer. They are then plucked and sold directly at the farm or shipped in parcels. Please call before you visit.
