First prize for excellence at the Bastia chocolate fair in 2023, 2024 and 2025 thanks to a bonbon in the shape of a pod made with Valrhona chocolate, Véronique Unbekandt never stops innovating. In her laboratory-boutique near Bastia airport, she shapes a fabulous marshmallow and praline teddy bear, a souvenir of our childhood, a delicacy on which she has based her identity. Chocolate-covered dried fruits, tablets, mendiants, fine chocolate bonbons (filled with praline or ganache), rochers... also feature prominently on her shelves. But she's preparing other surprises for the end of the year, such as a dragée with a passion nougatine heart enrobed in milk chocolate, and a chocolate bonbon filled with a texture infused with local aromatic plants, a nod to her first professional love of plants. The chocolatière will also introduce you to her pastry creations, personalized birthday cakes, pièces montées and wedding cakes (to order). A paradise for sweet palates!
