Fabien Berteau, who was Pâtissier de l'Année when he worked alongside Jean-François Rouquette at the Hyatt in Paris, has opened a pretty boutique in the center of town to share his experience and talent with the people of Beaune. His creations are both chic and tasty, from distinguished entremets to melt-in-your-mouth classics such as strawberry, cheesecake, pavlova, raspberry macaroons and éclairs... You'll also want to take home the pretty "bonbons de chocolat" in all their flavors.
