A former pastry chef at the Septime restaurant and, more recently, at Tapisserie in the 11th arrondissement, Fanny Payre opened her own pastry shop in the fall of 2025. Rhubarb from the Vermès family in the Somme, wild herbs harvested by her sister in the Écrins Massif, Gariguette strawberries from Provence, chocolates from Xoco, and citrus fruits from Lemon Story in Provence… all come together to create exquisite confections that customers come to pick up behind the orange facade—as easy to spot on the street as the elderflower strawberry tart nestled among the other delicacies.
