Producer Cider producers in Seine-et-Marne have become increasingly rare over the years. Fortunately, some still believe in the craft. This is true of Charlotte and Arnaud Gronfier, who—in addition to raising lambs, ewes, and Aubrac cattle—have chosen to keep the cider-making tradition alive. Grown organically, their apples—varieties such as Petit Jaune, Judor, and Judeline—are used to make a dry and semi-dry cider sold primarily at the farm, as well as organic apple juice.
