Cheese dairy
Anne and Anselme Beaudoin's farm, a GAEC (groupement agricole d'exploitation en commun), is home to a dairy herd. They make traditional Picardy cheeses, such as tomme au foin (dried in hay) or cider, bray picard or rollot, a washed-rind cheese like munster. They also have their famous specialties, such as bray with linseed or camelina, or "Petit Gerberoy", named after a beautiful village nearby. The place is typical of Picardy: an old red-brick farmhouse on the edge of the Bray region. Open Wednesdays and Saturdays from 2pm to 7pm. It's best to check opening times by phone.
