Elise Guellier produces excellent goat's cheese on an organic farm, while Julien Porcq grows vegetables and herbs. They are present at the Vendôme organic market on Wednesday afternoons, and contribute to a nearby AMAP. You'll also find Elise's award-winning cheeses in Azé, on the square in the late afternoon on Thursdays, and at the farm on Fridays from 5pm.
