The Haffner family is committed to pork production. The animals are raised and fed on the farm, using feed also produced on site, and the meat is smoked over beechwood. The store offers 90% local production within a 250 km radius, from breeders who care exclusively about the nature of the products they sell: dairy, charcuterie, bakery and delicatessen products are made with respect for virtuous manufacturing.
