As in his beautiful Les Halles boutique, the one on Avenue Mermoz showcases all Frédéric Lacoste's talent. As well as his choice of fine meats from noble breeds, stale to perfection, his gourmet prepared dishes and canapés in the delicatessen window, and his exemplary charcuterie: garlic-rolled brisket, andouille béarnaise cured for 3 months, pâtés basques, chorizo, extra lean saucisson béarnais, and a whole range of sausages with regional specialties (ewe's cheese, piquillos, olives, juraçon...).
