Pélardon is the spearhead of this family-run cheese dairy, where Vincent joined his parents. This is a farm where the emphasis is on organic production, to offer a natural, artisanal product. You can find these products at the sales outlet on Le Vigan market square, on Tuesday and Saturday mornings, or at the cheese dairy by appointment.
