The Janin family has a long tradition of preparing Jura cheeses. Marc Janin ensures the continuity of this tradition, and as MOF, he supervises the maturing process and selects the cheeses ready for sale. Comtés up to 48 months, mountain beauforts, mont d'or, munster or tête de moine have the character to please connoisseurs.
