Cheese dairy For over thirty years, the Vaginay family has been selecting the finest products from cheese cooperatives in the Lyonnais and Savoyarde regions, and maturing them to optimum maturity. The company's flagship product: the little heart made from fresh brillat-savarin coated with raisins. Sold at numerous markets in the Roanne area, in drive-throughs and on the website.
