The men in the Menigoz family have been farmers for several generations, but the farm has made a name for itself since Stéphane joined the business. Combining his knowledge of biochemistry and more modern techniques with tradition, he has sublimated the farm's cheeses to elevate home-made Munster to the rank of must-have. A range of matured cheeses are on sale in the small boutique next to the cellar.
