In a residential area a little out of the center of Toulouse, a tiny patisserie run by Angélique Barrau. Not a window overflowing with cakes at all hours of the day, but a short selection prepared at the last minute. Favourites include the exotic tart, the blueberry, the poppy and the roussillon, not forgetting the vanilla flan, winner of the Haute-Garonne's best flan competition in 2024.
