Gault&Millau's review

Breeding Duck is a family affair in the Semmartin family, and even after studying to become an electronics engineer, Stéphane couldn't resist returning to his parents' land and the animals he'd cherished since childhood. Here, fattened ducks are raised in the open air, force-fed, then expertly processed and sold on the premises: rillettes, confits, foie gras, gizzards, magrets, ready-to-eat dishes...
