Pastry
Perched on the Buttes-Chaumont plateau, Ginko continues to captivate pastry lovers. Sayo Yamagata and Othman El Ouraoui, two former chefs from Le Bristol, are the masterminds behind this culinary adventure. Their philosophy is to offer traditional French pastries enhanced with flavors from the East and Japan. To see for yourself, try the Black Sesame Almond (crunchy almond-sesame crust, creamy black sesame filling, almond mousse, whipped cream, and black sesame praline) or the Flavors of the East (pistachio, almond, and puffed rice cookie, with a center of mandarin marmalade and orange blossom cream). The lime tart, the Madagascar vanilla flan, and the chocolates are also not to be missed.
