For decades, one of Paris’s top cheese shops—though it hasn’t always received the recognition it deserves. Lovely rarities like extra-aged Mimolette, farmhouse cheddar, or nougat made from aged Gouda; cheeses aged to perfection to suit every taste, from mild to strong; and cheese creations that enhance any cheese platter, such as Brie with figs, “Cherry Bibi” (Fourme d’Ambert with sour cherries), or sheep’s milk cheese with poppy seeds and fleur de sel.
