Based on the same model as the Halle Paysanne in Bourgoin-Jallieu and the Ferme de la Ranjonnière (the first Terroir 44 boutique from which the Halles Paysannes originated), this collective sales outlet defends a respectful vision of food production and distribution. Here, farmers from all sectors (vegetables, rabbits, poultry, beef, fruit, dairy products, etc.) are committed to sustainable agriculture, transparency and traceability for each product. What's more, the place favors direct sales, ensuring the link between consumer and producer. The house obviously favors short circuits.
