It's a true Arbois institution, opened in 1900 and still run by the same family! Today, it's up to MOF Édouard Hirsinger to perpetuate the savoir-faire, ensuring that Arbois remains a must-visit tearoom, and that its range of pastries and chocolates remains as appealing as ever. The confectionery is also worth discovering. Very friendly welcome.
