The town of Morteau isn't just famous for its sausages. It's also famous for Clotilde Jacoulot, one of the few women to have won the title of Meilleur ouvrier de France Primeur in 2011. Always wearing her apple-green jacket, she's as good as anyone at promoting the very best in fruit and vegetables, without ever forgetting to mention her suppliers: Yves for leeks, Denis for endives, Karine for carrots or Sylvain for apricots, apples and pears from Ardèche.
