Breeder in Figari and heir to know-how handed down through several generations, Jérôme Andreani passionately perpetuates the family business. His livestock, mainly Aubrac cattle, are raised outdoors in a natural environment where animal welfare remains a priority. With autonomy and quality in mind, he grows his own fodder, guaranteeing a healthy and perfectly controlled diet. This attention to detail is reflected in the quality of the meat: tender, finely marbled and with a singular aromatic elegance. Jérôme Andreani's desire to bring the producer closer to the consumer led him to recently open a sales outlet directly on the farm, enabling enthusiasts to enjoy exceptional meat as close as possible to its source, while also supplying restaurants and butchers. And to take things a step further, a project to offer tours of the farm will soon be underway, offering the public the privilege of discovering from the inside a living, authentic tradition, that of a breeder deeply attached to his land and his animals.
