Gault&Millau's review

Carryout A beautiful store in a gourmet street. An appetizing display of preparations around which a carefree, high-quality meal is organized. The charcuterie is prepared by hand by this Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Three charcuterie products hold the sales record: boudin blanc, fromage de tête (for which he won an award in 2014, and pâté en croûte). Preparing pork products is a passion he discovered at the age of 11, and has never lost since. Now he's also committed to passing on this rich craft.
