Julien Grelet will come to your chosen venue, with spit and brazier, to share a moment of pure pleasure over pig or chicken on the spit, wood-fired tartiflettes and raclettes, or brazier-roasted beef ribs. The cooking will take place from A to Z before your amazed eyes. If you wish, the caterer can also compose charcuterie and cheese platters for your starters. He will adapt to your wishes and specifications. Julien works with local farms and artisans to ensure that his dishes are of the highest quality. He also respects the seasons to offer you the best of the Vendée and to make your event, whether personal (wedding, christening, communion, birthday) or professional (seminar, works council...) unforgettable.
