Pastry A renowned pastry chef, whom we knew from his past as a palace chef, offers the people of Nice the same quality in boutique format. Mouth-watering creations, veritable works of art (paris-brest, pavlova, saint-honoré or the very pretty "signature lemon") that can be tasted in the tearoom. Also jams, chocolates, masterclasses in the pastry workshop and dessert tastings with the chef.
