Distillery
One of only two distilleries on Belle-Île, Kaerilis is the work of Fabien Mueller, based on the heights of the port city. The craftsman offers a fine range of Breton spirits, including several whiskies and rums, with distinctive signatures, notably peaty and iodized, reminiscent of Scottish island whiskies. The establishment also produces perfume.
