Wine merchant Any lover of organic, biodynamic or natural wines knows that this is the place to go. Nearly 1,500 references (Domaine des Pothiers, Brise d'Aunis de la Grange aux Belles, Muscadet du domaine Mébard-Gaborit, Ludovic Chanson en montlouis-sur-loire...) from all the vineyards spread over a first room that opens onto a second, hidden from view, where some older vintages or more prohibitive labels are kept. There's something to suit every taste and every budget, and the sommelier, Anne Métrope, does her utmost to ensure that you get the best out of your wine.
