Bakery A well-run bakery and pastry shop offering high-quality bread and well-made, homemade pastries—as well as a wide variety of savory items, including vegetable quiche, tuna-tomato quiche, chorizo-bell pepper quiche, and bacon-cheddar quiche, all served in generous portions. Among the sweet specialties are the wonderful speculoos and cream-filled cones, as well as the “patate,” the “Jean Bart,” and slices of tart—frangipane, rhubarb, brown sugar flan… And of course, bread, tarts, and “faluches”…
