Gault&Millau's review

Pastry Ten years ago, Stéphanie Touzet and Matthieu Buchalski settled in Lille after careers in Paris—she had trained as a pastry chef, and he had worked as a graphic designer. Today, the couple ranks among the city’s best pastry chefs, particularly for their Phalempin pistachio and strawberry pavlova, mandarin baba, and Fleur de Bahia. Don’t miss the house specialty, Les P’tits Pouchins—choux pastries filled with a light Madagascar vanilla cream subtly flavored with orange blossom.
