They dreamed it, and they made it happen! Jean-Baptiste and Xavière Rollet have opened a craft microbrewery right in the heart of the medieval town. Trou au Chat, Sentier du Rubis, la Brune du Porc-Épic… Each beer pays homage to either Provins’ typography or its history. Enjoy them on-site and/or take them to go.
