A microbrewery on the main street, offering a wide range of craft beers—pale ale, wheat beer, amber ale, IPA, flavored beers—and the latest addition, a barley wine that brewer Olivier Vailly can be proud of. You can buy it on-site on Thursdays and Fridays and at many nearby retailers, such as the Maison de Pays in Créancey, the Sombernon wine cellar, or Fromage & Co. in Dijon.
