This is a diversified organic peasant farming project aiming for self-sufficiency: cows and goats share the grass and forage produced on site, all milk is transformed into cheese, and pigs feed on waste. The bread workshop uses flours made on the farm. Preserved goat's pudding and goat logs, among other delicacies, are available for purchase or direct consumption.
