A solid benchmark that offers the local community, including restaurants, a wide choice and professional maturing. All regions are represented, from fresh to drier goats' cheeses, from blue cheeses (fourme d'Ambert, montbriac, shropshire, sassenage, roquefort...) to mountain cheeses (tomme, beaufort...). In addition, a small selection of delicatessen, fresh pasta and a few local products.
