Cheese dairy
In the historic heart of the village, the dapper blue facade sets the tone: well-arranged, carefully matured cheeses, soft or drier goats, blues, mountain cheeses, fine raw-milk products, such as Salers AOP and all the crèmerie, farm butter made from raw milk. There's also a selection of charcuterie and delicatessen products, as well as wine, champagne and cider.
