Having toured the palaces of the world, young pastry chef Vincent Ouillon has returned to his homeland, setting up shop in the former charcuterie on rue Porte-Aiguière. The chef's long experience has enabled him to roll out a rich and engaging catalog, with beautiful new interpretations of classics such as saint-honoré and paris-brest, seasonal fruit creations, and iced entremets and macaroons.
