Wine merchant
After working in wine bars in Alsace, for wholesalers and wine cooperatives, Guillaume Serdet found the perfect place to set up shop. He has two large cellars to keep the wine at the right temperature. Convinced that he needs to surprise customers with new products on a regular basis, he attends trade shows, scours the internet and listens to buyers' suggestions to fine-tune his offer. Of particular note: a large collection of rums (over 500 references). Open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 8pm, and Sunday, 9am to 1pm.
