Unspoiled nature and ancestral know-how are the essential ingredients for making good honey. This is the credo of Pierre de La Rue du Can, who took over the family business in 1996. Taking great care of his herd of workers, this beekeeper takes his hives to the four corners of the Cévennes every year to offer his customers honeys with flavors of chestnut, heather and fir.
