Following in the footsteps of the famous Soulard fishmonger's under Les Halles, Emmanuelle offers her loyal customers, in season, tuna ventresca, wild Irish trout and all the fish of the nearby Atlantic coast. Her son Augustin has completed the range with a range of sardine rillettes and homemade snacks that delight Choletais.
