Fish shop The fishmonger at Les Halles that we can recommend without hesitation: for the quality of the catch, the reliability of the service, and the expertise regarding the products—both shellfish and fish. Another plus is the variety of dishes on offer: fried calamari, cod fritters, anchovies with garlic and parsley, Provençal-style salmon, wraps, and burgers… Prices are often attractive for wild-caught fish, such as sea bass or red mullet.
