Delicatessen In the store or at local markets, Lambert charcuterie is distinguished by its generosity and balanced taste. Roasted meats, ham on the bone, calf's head, excellent terrines of duck confit and foie gras, Saint-Romain black pudding, forest pâté with morels, pork strawberries with vinaigrette, breaded trotters, fine prepared dishes and giant sauerkrauts, paellas and tartiflettes for large, convivial receptions.
