A cheese reference in Angoulême, conveniently located in the halles centrales and offering one of the prefecture's most comprehensive ranges. Among its one hundred and fifty or so references, the company is particularly noted for its selection of Auvergne cheeses, which it specializes in. On the shelves: Saint-Nectaire, Roquefort, Bleu des Causses, carré d'Aurillac... And other more original cheeses, such as Cheddar with Guinness or Paris-Roubaix with beer.
