The Larrieu butcher's shop has been in business since 1924. However, the company continues to innovate, offering new ideas for buffets and cocktails for life's big moments: christenings, weddings, receptions... To do this, it can draw on a long tradition of specialities from the Ossau valley: andouilles, boudins, hams, sausages, tripe... The meat comes from producers in Chalosse or the Pyrenees. It is also the official caterer of the Élan béarnais Pau-Lacq-Orthez basketball team.
