Cheese dairy The former market cheesemonger has settled down without losing his love of travel, which he continues in his Tour de France des fromages. The elegant, carved wooden counter has an old-fashioned charm that evokes a bygone era, while the selections come from all over the place, including fine ranges of blue cheeses, bries, Italian cheeses, tommes and maroilles, goats' and ewes' cheeses and livarot. Good advice.
