Cheese dairy
The most prominent and best-stocked store in the halles: cheeses from all regions, including Provence - but in winter, the cheesemonger respects the seasons, and the lives of the goats and sheep, so the display is less locally sourced - with a good representation of mountain cheeses (Beaufort, Tomme des Bauges), well matured and selected foreign provenances (cheddar, truffled moliterno) and a very good artisanal Roquefort. Also yoghurts, cream and some regional products.
