Chocolate factory
A native of Sedan and former head pastry chef at the famous Maison Pillon, Gérald Sattler offers locals some interesting chocolates with saffron or cardamom, as well as a very fine Macae, a pure Brazilian ganache with slightly peppery notes. Passionate about sugar coins and sculpted chocolate, this artist makes everything himself: chocolate bonbons, confectionery and pastries. A must-visit address.
