Bakery Mathieu Bernard's workshop, bakery and sales outlet are all in one, as he perfects the bakery tradition near the fort, just a stone's throw from downtown Nogent-sur-Marne. Using organic flours from a neighboring mill, and fruit and vegetables grown nearby by a market gardener, the baker and his teams choose the best quality to shape naturally leavened breads and tasty bakery pastries. Wholemeal, semi-complete, large and small spelt, ancient flours, seed, fruit, chocolate or olive breads, the tastes are infinite thanks to the mixes made on site. On the sweet side, brioches, cookies, madeleines, apple turnovers, seasonal tarts and a fabulous Madagascar vanilla custard flan take you on a whirlwind of gustatory emotions. The bakery, which opens onto the boutique, allows you to appreciate the house's artisan know-how. Made in the style of yesteryear, to be enjoyed without moderation!
